Our Image and Video Content Licensing Policy

All images and video content used on the SoftCare Clinic website are based on valid commercial usage licenses obtained from the relevant rights holders. No unlicensed or unauthorized media content is used on our website.

General promotional stock photography and video content is sourced with commercial usage licenses from recognized licensed content platforms (e.g., Envato Elements). Below, we share a sample license certificate as an example of this type of licensing.

About Clinical and Surgical Procedure Images

The clinical and surgical procedure images on our website belong to only 2-3 patients who traveled from abroad to our clinic for treatment and who explicitly consented to these images being used for informational purposes. Protecting patient privacy is a core principle for us, and informed consent documentation for these images is retained by our clinic without sharing any identifying information.

Our License Disclosure Policy

Other than the sample certificate shared above, license documentation for stock video, stock images/photography, and fully original media content produced in-house is not shared with third parties upon request.

Such documentation is only shared in the event of a formal objection or dispute, and only with the relevant authorized parties (such as the applicable licensing platform, a legal authority, or a regulatory body). This policy exists to protect the rights of both content rights holders and our clinic.
