Hymenoplasty is a medical repair. It is also a social file. A woman often comes to the door fearing not the procedure itself, but word of it getting out. At SoftCare Clinic, confidentiality is not the poster phrase "we are meticulous." It is how the appointment is written down, how consent is stored, and who stands in the room.

Patient rights apply to every gynecology visit. In hymenoplasty, an extra layer is added on top. That extra layer is not to punish the woman; it is because the cost of this file leaking is heavier than for other procedures. Family, engagement, work, and neighborhood can all sit in the same sentence. The clinic does not carry that sentence to anyone else.

General patient right

Every woman has the right to request that her personal information be kept confidential. Health status, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up visits, and who enters the room all fall within this right. Data related to treatment is kept confidential and safeguarded. Even during the operation, the setting is appropriate; only those who genuinely need to be there remain. Staff not required for the procedure are not brought into the area.

These sentences are the general patient right. In hymenoplasty, SoftCare does not stop at repeating them. It also changes where the record itself sits.

Why a separate rule

If a check-up result leaks, embarrassment may follow. If a hymenoplasty record leaks, a woman's life can change. That is why, in this file, digital convenience comes second. The first priority is that the name is not searchable in the system.

There is a firewall, passwords, and backups. Even so, any software can eventually leave a gap open. Staff change, a server changes hands, a copy gets made. SoftCare does not claim to reduce this risk to zero in the hymenoplasty file. What it does reduce is this: the name, the appointment, and the procedure note never sitting on the same digital line.

How the appointment is kept

Information for a woman booking a hymenoplasty appointment is first kept temporarily and by hand. The shared scheduling software never receives a line reading "hymenoplasty + name + phone." A daily paper note stays only long enough for the physician to see it on the day of the procedure. Once the procedure is complete, this temporary note is destroyed or reduced to a coded physical file.

A woman calling by phone is never told "we've entered it into the system, everyone can see it." The call line is confidential. When a family member asks "does my daughter have an appointment," the file is not confirmed. Information is given only when the woman herself comes with her own code or her own line.

No digital record is kept

For these patients, operation and examination information is not entered into a digital record. The diagnosis code, the procedure name, and identity are never written side by side in the clinic's software. Ultrasound images, photographs, and discharge summaries are never uploaded to the cloud in this file. The goal is not to make the physician's job harder; it is to prevent a server, a flash drive, or an email from someday carrying the woman's name.

Going without digital does not mean going without a medical note. The note exists. The note is on paper. The paper is in a locked physical cabinet. The cabinet is never opened by staff who have no connection to the procedure.

Consent: nameless, coded, physical

Consent for the operation is mandatory. Consent is signed. At SoftCare, hymenoplasty consent is kept nameless. The form does not carry a first and last name; the woman is given a code. The signature stays; the identity line does not. Forms are never scanned into digital form, never attached to an email, never uploaded to the cloud. They are stored physically.

The code is not a password to be shouted out at the door. It sits between the physician, the woman, and the locked file. At the follow-up appointment, the woman uses her code or her own line. If a question like "did you perform a procedure under this name" comes from outside, the answer is never given by opening the file.

Who stands in the room

A crowd of trainees is never brought into the hymenoplasty room. Unnecessary nurses, couriers, device representatives, and companions do not enter. If the woman does not want a companion, no companion is made to wait. The door closes. The glass is frosted. The procedure name cannot be heard from the corridor.

Follow-up and communication

On the day of the follow-up visit, the procedure name is never said aloud in the shared waiting room. Calls are made using "ma'am" or a code. The procedure name — "hymen / hymenoplasty" — is never written in an SMS text. If possible, the procedure name is not written at all. A return call from the clinic line is short and neutral.

Social media, Trustpilot, and patient stories are never used in this file. Even a sentence like "we performed a successful repair" counts as narrating a case. If a review is requested, the general clinic experience is discussed; technique and identity are not.

What we don't promise

Confidentiality cannot erase the sentence a woman herself chooses to tell her own circle. If a woman tells her fiancé, a friend, or hotel staff, that is not a clinic leak. The clinic keeps the record within its own walls.

When a legal obligation arises — a court order, an authorized official request — the physical file is released according to procedure. Confidentiality is not a shadow system built to circumvent the law. Confidentiality means a neighbor, an employer, and a curious line never reaching the file.

The measure

The rule on this page is checked with three questions. Does the appointment stand with a name in the shared software? Is there a name on the consent form? Is anyone in the room who has no business being there? If the answer to all three is no, SoftCare is considered to have upheld hymenoplasty confidentiality.
