If you have made a firm decision to have an abortion, do not take aspirin or products containing acetylsalicylic acid. Other pain relievers may be used for different needs.

Avoid alcohol for 48 hours before your procedure.

If you regularly take antidepressants or similar medications, be sure to mention this when booking your appointment.
